Error On OSC Connector Accesing Metadata For Rest Services (Doc ID 2660447.1)

Customer have an error when trying to configure a call for a REST Service using the OSC connector.
When they select 'Business(REST) Resources' and then try to select a Service Application they always get this error message:

 'An error occurred while loading the application catalog, crmRestApp. Please contact the Administrator.'
