ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is unable to add TRU for student loans or postgraduate student loans to calculation cards to Court Orders and Student Loans calculation cards in the Responsive UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to add in multiple TRUs (separate entries for Court Orders, Student Loans and Postgraduate Loans), but only one can be added through Manage Calculation Cards screen, there is no option to add new once TRU record already exists:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for Person Number 123456
2. Manage Calculation Cards
3. Create Calculation Card
  - Effective As-of-Date: 09.01.2020
  - Name: Court Orders and Student Loans
4. Add TRU - notice unable to associate student loan calculation component as would have been processed in old UI (19C)
5. Add Student Loan component
  - When does this change start?: 09.01.2020
  - Plan Type: Plan 1
  - Student Loan Deduction Start Date: 09.01.2020
  - Start Notice Date of issue SL1: 09.01.2020
  - Student Loan Deduction End Date: -
  - Start Notice Date of issue SL2: -
  - Eligibility for repayment of teachers loans: -
  - Overried Amount
  - Unique REference: 3000012345678
6. Save changes
7. Run quick pay and student loan is not deducted despite there being enough pay
