Issues With The Cetegories Field List Of Values In The Mobile Application (Doc ID 2660527.1)

In the course of testing for the mobile application customer is facing 2 issues:

1. When the users create a service request they are able to select all the categories when creating the first ticket.
2. When navigating to About Me > Personal information > SR page they are able to navigate in the application but when they go directly to Help Desk > HR service request the user is not able to see all the page.
