Shows Empty Zip File On The UCM Server When Catalog Is Published With Item Category Assignment (Doc ID 2660597.1)

Symptoms

The Publication zip file on the UCM server is empty when Catalog is published with Item category assignment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ZIP on UCM should not be blank

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to PIM Workarea.
2.Navigate to task "Manage Catalog"
3.Search for the catalog "Merchandising Hierarchy", update its discription.
4.Save the Catalog
5.Navigate to the task "Manage Spoke System"
6.Search for the standard spoke system "PIMDH" and open it
7.Edit Spoke System: PIMDH, In the "Catalog Publication Criteria"
8.Search and Add the catalog "Merchandising Hierarchy"
9.Tick mark the check box "Include Item Category assignments"
10.Save the Spoke System.
11.Select Publish Now
12.Set Publish Catalogs= "Yes"
13.Click on Submite button. Generate the ESS Job,
14.Check the ESS JOb status till Succeeded
15.Check the UCM Server with zip file "PIM_Publication_PIMDH_55574.zip"
16.Open the zip file
Result:Blank zip file.

Due to this issue, users cannot publish catalog
