Symptoms

During the upgrade from 19C or earlier to 19D or 20A, the scheduling process on the back is changed. The conversion of scheduled tasks fails in some instances and can cause schedules to be lost. This most commonly results in Reporting Schedules being lost, but can result in erratic behavior for other scheduled tasks as well.

 Environment was upgrade from 19C or earlier to 19D or 20A.
