OCI - Instance is Suspended showing message "Screen lock is locked down, not locking". (Doc ID 2660634.1)

Suddenly the OCI instance is found to be inaccessible  and unresponsive, due to this problem a reboot needs to be issued from the OCI console and after this the instance becomes available again.


The following logs can be seen on the  /var/log/messages file after accessing the  instance.



Also when checking the system with the commands like uptime / lastboot, this simply shows the server has woke-up and never rebooted for this last event seen.
