Journal Approval Rule Error For STAT Currency "The supervisor or Job level does not exist. (FUN-720337)" (Doc ID 2660733.1)

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals

When attempting to autoapprove all journals that are STAT currency, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The supervisor or Job level does not exist. (FUN-720337)
Cause The list builder used in the configuration of approval rule is not coherent with the HCM Supervisory or Job level hierarchy.
Action Correct the list builder definition in approval rules or HCM employee supervisory hierarchy or Job level hierarchy.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a rule set as below:
Rule Name Rule Active Priority Rule Mode Conditions List Builder
Journal Batch Ledger.Ledger Enabled for Journal Approvals Indicator is "Y" and Supervisory
Journal Header.Entered Currency is "STAT"

2. Create a journal that requires approval and the currency is STAT

3. Send the journal for approval
