Symptoms

 Unable to roll up standard costs. The process moving to retrying status.

Steps:
- Created Scenario

- Rollup Scope: Selected Items

- Adding multiple selected item

- Action > Roll up


- The process is failing in Retrying status.

- Checking View Scenario Exception and seeing error-

The process ID XXXX rollup ended in status error: Process rolled back and aborted due to SQL Exception on BuildProcessor/insertCostingWorkDefinitionItemInputs1: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.CST_WORK_DEFN_ITEMS_U1) violated .
