Primavera Unifier - Version 19.12 to [Release 19.12]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

After an upgrade to Primavera Unifier version it was noticed in Shell Templates that the Delete button has been disabled in Users and User groups, so that neither can be removed or deleted from the list. Prior to the upgrade, the Administrator was able to delete users and groups in Shell Templates.

Administrator needs to be able to Delete Users and Groups from Shell template so that Inactive users or unneeded groups can be removed from Projects/Shells.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Templates > Shells > Projects > Select Shell Template > User Administration > Users > There is a list of Items.
  3. Select a user (User is Inactive) > But the "Delete" button is disabled (grayed out).
