On : version, Service Requests

The customer trying to add a new row in the Service Mappings in order to have additional condition on the SLA definition but the Add icon is greyed out.

1. Select contracts
2. Manage Service Mappings
3. Select Contracts Service Entitlements
4. Select tab Services
5. Not possible to add any row or modify the existing enstries.
