Goal

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Receiving

Unable to create ASN with serial numbers which is returned to suppliers

Steps:
1.Receive a Serial Number against a PO/ASN in Org1
2. Perform Return to supplier from Org1.
3.Create a New PO with same item for org 'B' and trying to create ASN in org 'B'
4.Getting error and unable to create ASN in org 'B'.
