Symptoms


Enabled Global Search for Accounts, Activities, Collaboration, Contacts.
Search on the account name and get No results found



STEPS
1. Enable Global Search
    a. Set System Profile FUSION_APPS_SEARCH_ENABLED = Yes at site level
    b. Enable Global Search for categories : Account, Activities
2. Schedule Full re-index
3. Search on an account name and results return "No results found"
