Symptoms

Process Receipts thru lockbox failing, is ending with following error in the Lockbox Execution report:


ERROR
-----------------------
The transmission record count does not equal the actual number of records in the transmission

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare datafile
2. Run Load Interface File for Import. Process executed via Webservice
3. Process Receipts Through Lockbox. Process executed via Webservice
4. Lockbox Execution report shows the error
