Symptoms

Files Permission under / (root) in a server is changed to oracle:oinstall

Process with "chown -R oracle:oinstall /../" appear during the backup run, with parent process of bkup_api

Changes

 The database was created manually
The cluster registry file(MYDB.init) of  the database (MYDB)  in /var/opt/oracle/creg  was created using "dbaascli registerdb prereqs", "dbaascli registerdb"
