ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Automatic Receipt Creation process complete in success status but no receipt is created

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see a receipt created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create credit card transactions for customer with Canadian address
2. Run Automatic Receipt Creation process


Changes

 Implemented credit card payment processing with Cybersource as gateway
