BU LOV in the Memo lines is Blank
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

BU LOV in the Memo lines should give the List of the BU's
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Standard Memo Line task
2. Search for a specific Memo line and try to add the BU Name
3. Validate whether user able to add the BU
