Incorrect ORIG_INV_NUM, ORIG_INV_TAXABLE_AMT, ORIG_TAX_AMT Tags With Rectification Transaction (Doc ID 2661537.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Running Online VAT Reporting for Spain the XML output shows incorrect tags for the new rectification transaction:

Current XML output for rectification transactions is:

<RECTIFIC_TYPE>S
<ORIG_INV_NUM>11111
<ORIG_INV_TAXABLE_AMT>1000.00
<INV_TYPE>R1
<ORIG_TAX_AMT>210.00



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the xml tags for Rectification transactions to shows:

<RECTIFIC_TYPE>S--correct
<ORIG_INV_NUM>11111 --Original invoice number is not required for rectification transactions to be reported to Spanish Tax Authority. This value is not needed.
<ORIG_INV_TAXABLE_AMT>1000.00--should be 0
<INV_TYPE>R1--correct
<ORIG_TAX_AMT>210.00--should be 0

Also the Credit Memo (CM) should be printed and submitted to AEAT.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create the original transaction
Receivables > Billing > Create transaction (enter required data) > Post it
> Submit it to AEAT - Run Online VAT Register for Spain

2) Credit the original transaction
Receivables > Manage Transactions > Open original transaction > Actions > Credit transaction (enter required data) > Post it
> Submit it to AEAT - Run Online VAT Register for Spain


3) Create the rectification transaction 
Receivables > Billing > Create transaction (enter required data)
> Tab Miscellaneous
- mark it as R1 (Document Fiscal Classification)
- include the Original Invoice Number
> Post it
> Submit it to AEAT - Run Online VAT Register for Spain
