Unable To Add 'Closed' SRs To Related Service Request Subtab (Doc ID 2661594.1)

Customer is able to create SR under the subtab and also can add SR of any status except "Closed". While adding 'Closed' SRs,they are not displayed under the Related SR subtab and when clicked on save/Save & Close, received an error,

   "Attribute set for ServiceRequest_Id_SR_Child in entity

ServiceRequestAM.oracle_apps_crm_service_svcMgmt_srMgmt_srMgmtService_applicationModule_ServiceRequestAM.ServiceRequest failed"

Note:We have created 1:M relationship between SR to SR and added the related object to Service request subtab.


Please let us know if it's possible to add Closed SR or there is any workaround.
