When User is running the Perform what if analysis, it behave differently based on if we are choosing the:

Assets to Analyze - When this is chosen only the 'Prepare Hypothetical Depreciation Analysis' is run. The user must then go an manually run the 'Hypothetical Depreciation Analysis Report' for that process ID,
However,
Hypothetical Assets - When this is chosen, both the 'Prepare Hypothetical Depreciation Analysis' as well as the 'Hypothetical Depreciation Analysis Report' are run automatically when the submit button is selected
