20BREG Manage User page is blank

After 20B upgrade, when we open User Account page from Person Management it is coming blank for all users.
Tried different browsers and also different admin accounts.
With the same logged in user account , the page opens up properly in other environments but not where 20B is applied.
We can access user account page through security console.
Blank page issue is when this is accessed through My client groups->Person Management->User Account.
