Expense Auditor Can not View Expense Reports for Inactive Employees (Doc ID 2661773.1)

Expense Auditor searches Employee Expense Report in AP and an expense report XXXXXXXX for an inactive employee is returned, along with active employee records. However, when the Auditor does Searching for inactive employee and enters the inactive employee name, no results are found. Then Auditor does the same search using Report Number XXXXXXXXXX, no results found.

When the Auditor does Searching for active employee...he can see the reports returned in original query for Employee Expense Report in AP

Searching for inactive employee and entering Person contains XXXXXXXX, should return results.
