Symptoms

When attempting to import CSV for Manage Sub inventory and Locators using FSM Template with changing just INV_ITEM_SUBINVENTORY.csv, JBO error occurs in Business object: Subinventory/Detail Object: ItemSubinventoryIE.

ERROR

Business object: Subinventory. Status: In progress. Status details:
Detail Object: ItemSubinventoryIE. Status: Completed with errors. Status Details: A total of 2,259 rows were processed. 2,259 rows of them failed and 0 rows completed with warnings.. Started: 4/21/20 7:44 AM. Ended: 4/21/20 7:46 AM.
Row Identifier: 100000004769190 300000002485005 null. Status: Error. Message Code: FND_CMN_INVALID_ATTRB_API_SERV. Severity: . Message Text: The value of the attribute Subinventory isn't valid.
The data row can be found in batch file ItemSubinventoryIE/1_BATCH.zip. Cause: Action:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Material Management
2. Inventory Management > Manage Subinventory and Locations > Action > Export CSV Files > Create New
3. Download CSV files
4. Open INV_ITEM_SUBINVENTORY.csv
5. Change anything the file and save it
6. Manage Subinventory and Locations > Action > Import from CSV Files > Create New
7. Upload zip file include saved INV_ITEM_SUBINVENTORY.csv
