Certificate exemption error on duplicated transaction
When we create a duplicate of a transaction and save it we get the following error message:

The tax exemption certificate that you selected is invalid. (AR-856355)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and complete transaction with tax code and exemption reason.
2. Duplicate transaction
3. Save and the error is shown
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the duplicate option from receivables
