PRC:POZ: Supplier Last Update Timestamp Gets Updated Incorrectly Even When Users Does Not Hit "Save" Button

Goal
Supplier Last Update Timestamp gets updated incorrectly even when users does not hit "Save" button.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Mange Suppliers Open Supplier
2.Currently user am in Sites section and can see the Last saved as 25-Mar-2020 04:33:19
3.Now, will open one of the sites
Site: XX - XX XXX has been opened
4.Modifying any of the fields or attributes and just clicking on Cancel button
Last record timestamp has been updated to 25-Mar-2020 04:35:03
Hence, the issue is why the timestamp has been updated without any changes on the Supplier record. Last save Timestamp should be only updated when User changes any attribute or field of the particular record.
