Most Recent Expense Reports Pending Manager Approval Are Not Displayed if There are Over 199 Items (Doc ID 2662270.1)

Goal

Expense reports created by a user and submitted for manager approval do not appear on the approver's home screen if the manager has more than 199 items pending approval.
The application displays only the 199 oldest items pending approval to the manager, regardless of whether it is an expense report or cash advance, and as actions (approval or rejection) are taken for these items, other items (the oldest of which still were not shown) appear.
