Symptoms
RMA line stuck in Awaiting Receiving. Send Receipt Confirmation ESS is completing in Error.
1. Revision or RMA order is created, NOTE - The Original Order has Free Text - Fulfillment Line Add Info EFF - Additional information
2. Receive and deliver the Item.
3. Order stuck at Await Receiving.
Note - This might happen for Order in any status, where EFF value is having Free Text before and after making it Restricted with LOV and previous value in EFF doesn't exist in the LOV. The Error - "<Value> is not in the list of values", you might see on the Order, when try to change back the EFF value.
