What are the OCI Gen2 IP Addresses for Outbound Integration? (Doc ID 2662320.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 03, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management Cloud Service - Version 20.1 and later
Oracle Global Trade Management Cloud Service - Version 20.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

*Applicable for OUTBOUND transmissions only. (For IP applicable to inbound transmissions see note at the end of this document.)

You want to know the IP for outbound integration because if you have an internal firewall, you will need to "whitelist" (allow) incoming traffic from OCI.

This IP is the same for all of environments - DEVELOPMENT, STAGE (TEST) and PRODUCTION

The IP for the Proxy Server depends on data center you are in. You can determine which data center by referring to your Welcome Email or by checking the application URL which will have the DC embedded.

The URL will be in this format: https://<service-name>.otmgtm<datacenter region>.ocs.oraclecloud.com

***It's important that you also whitelist the NAT Gateway IP for your Disaster Recovery region.  If you are not sure which DR region you are in, you can open a Service Request to confirm. Both your Primary and DR region NAT Gateway IP should be whitelisted. Whitelisting the DR region will ensure your outbound integrations remain seamless should Oracle need to do a DR fail-over.
