Last updated on MARCH 03, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management Cloud Service - Version 20.1 and later
Oracle Global Trade Management Cloud Service - Version 20.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

**For clients provisioned on GEN1 refer to this note instead: What are the OPC Proxy (Legacy) IP Addresses for Outbound Integrations? <Note 2206655.1>

*Applicable for OUTBOUND transmissions only. (For IP applicable to inbound transmissions see note at the end of this document.)

You want to know the IP for outbound integration because if you have an internal firewall, you will need to "whitelist" (allow) incoming traffic from OCI.

This IP is the same for all of environments - DEVELOPMENT, STAGE and PRODUCTION

The IP for the Proxy Server depends on data center you are in. You can determine which data center by referring to your Welcome Email.
