Symptoms

When attempting to access stage, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Gateway Timeout

STEPS To REPRODUCE

  1. Access Portal Page, Enter Credentials
  2. Occasionally the Error will appear, reporting this may get the issue resolved, but it continues to happen

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. There is an active P6 environment integrated with Unifier
  2. This issue is random, there seems to be no repetitious event happening before the inability to access and display of "Gateway Timeout"
