Credit Memo Created From Subscription Management Is Not Displaying In Receivables Transactions. (Doc ID 2662365.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion Receivables Cloud Service, Credit Memo created from Subscription Management is not displaying in Receivables Transactions page.


Expected Behavior
Expecting to be able to review the credit memo created.


Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a credit memo on Subscription management.
  2. Import transaction to Receivables using autoinvoice.
  3. Try to query the credit memo on manage transactions and observed the problem described appear.
