No Content Displayed when Accessing Tree View With 'French' Selected in User Preferences (Doc ID 2662590.1)

Symptoms

Tree View cannot be displayed on Screen Sets when using an User Role with 'French' as language preference.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The user has an user preference with Language: French
1. Go to Order Management, Order Release
2. Press 'Search'
3. Press on '+'

The content is not displayed.
