Opportunities Appear in BI Reports But Unavailable in Opportunity UI (Doc ID 2662598.1)

Symptoms


1. Opportunity Import done in first round
2. And in the second round, all the opportunities revenue lines were imported
3. Then customer did import for Revenue Delete, however they have not EXCLUDED revenue lines that are PRIMARY, they have done delete for all the revenue records
4. After this deleting, the opportunities are no longer visible on UI.
5. The Opportunity data is not available in data export as well
6. When trying to reimport the opportunity records, it goes under error - showing record already exists
7. And when customer checks in Oracle BI Publisher, these all opportunities are visible

STEPS
-----------------------
Import for Revenue deletion was run, however after this the header opportunity records are all deleted
