OIC Call To CPQ Times Out After Five Minutes But In Postman Successfully Completes In Seconds (Doc ID 2662634.1)

An Integration makes a call to the CPQ getTransactions webservice. In Postman, this call successfully completes in 11 seconds. However, in OIC, the call never completes, and times out after 5 minutes.
