Goal

Customer provisioned a JCS instance in OCI and selected the VM.Standard1.1 shape during instance creation.

Later on customer wanted to scale up the instance to use the VM.Standard2.2 shape. But when trying to scale up and select the shape from JCS drop down menu VM.Standard 2.2 is not available in the list.
