Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Performance Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When employee adds anytime document from mobile device, the page is not responsive. Please note that there is no issue in accessing from desktop. The issue exists only from mobile device.

Navigation: My Team > Quick Actions > Show More > Add Anytime Document > Select Employee

The issue exists in both mobile browser(chrome) and android app. Please note that the employee page is responsive and working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should work the same on mobile device as computer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: My Team > Quick Actions >
2. Show More > Add Anytime Document > Select Employee
3. page unresponsive

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use HCM Mobile app effectively
