Symptoms
On Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.4, a mapping executes a load that pushes data using the Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) to Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) via the "LKM BICC to ADW External Table" knowledge module. If the the data on the source system contains double quotes followed by commas, the data is injected incorrectly in the ADW target table. The result is that for each case of double quotes found in the CSV file, the execution pushes the data following the double quote to the next column causing the data to be inserted incorrectly on the target table.
Original data in BICC

456 | Drill 14", for wood |
Data inserted in the target ADW table:

456 | Drill 14 | for wood |
