Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections Cloud, Trying to search metrics for a customer is getting an error:



Expected Behavior
Expecting to be able to review customer's metrics


Step to Reproduce the issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. On Navigator
  2. Go to Collections
  3. Click on Metrics
  4. Search by Customer name and click on search and observed error described appear
