Schedule Item Import Using ERP Integration Service Does Not Submit Child Jobs (Doc ID 2663336.1)

Symptoms

Submitting ESS job using ERP Integration SOAP service for 'Scheduled Item Import' job does not submit the child requests.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
----------------------
Expect the parent request 'Scheduled Item Import' job and rest of
the child requests to be submitted.

STEPS
----------------------
1. Login to {{protocol}}://{{Host}}/cs
2. Click on Contributions Folder and Check in the content for file upload.
3. Submit the following ERP Integration SOAP Service payload to submit ESS job.

3. See that only parent request is submitted, while child requests are not submitted.
