Goal

You are trying to remove access to certain functionality by removing the privileges that control it.  For example, you want view only access on the Work Relationship page by removing the Actions button.  You have removed all the related manage work relationship privileges but the Actions button still displays.   Although you have also added page composer customization on the Actions button which also satisfies the condition to have the Actions button display.  Does page composer override privileges?
