Symptoms

Substitute Item is not visible after running Collect Planing Data


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Verify in Inventory side
Item : MXXXXX
--> Component : P4XXXX (substitute is P8XXXX for P4XXXX )

2. Run Collect Planning Data for all entities

3. In Plan Input :
MXXXXX
--> Component :P4XXXX
In Item Structure: Substitute Components : Substitute item P8XXXX is not showing
