SALESPROCESS Batch Fails with ORA-00060 Deadlock Error (Doc ID 2664083.1)

SALESPROCESS Batch fails with deadlock error below:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Upload sales records with transactions for new item locations.
2. Using a wrapper script call NIL for one item/loc from step 1 and do not commit nor rollback.
3. Call salesprocess.ksh, check the job_audit_logs table notice the job is waiting after call process NIL.
4. Rerun step 2 for different items/loc. Notice salesprocess.ksh will abort with deadlock error.
