OAC: Getting Error "Logon failed" When Try To Open The OAC RPD File Using BI Administration Tool In Offline Mode (Doc ID 2664150.1)

Symptoms

In OAC 5.5.0, downloaded the OAC rpd using the below steps -

  1. Created a snapshot having data files
  2. Downloaded the snapshot having bar file
  3. Unzipped the snapshot
  4. Go to <snapshot_directory>/datamodel/rpd directory having the repository(default.rpd)

Now when try to open this RPD file using BI Administration tool,  it is throwing error.
