Symptoms

The Learner has submitted a request to enroll in a Learning Item (Offering, Course, Specialization) but the notification that should be generated to request for enrollment approval is not triggered to the Approver.

Changes

 The Descriptive Flex Field (DFF) values of the course COAttributes and CAAttribute are added as conditions in the workflow to generate an approval request.
