Symptoms
A hold applied on Order header is not shown on order lines after the hold is applied.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sales order.
2. Add a line.
3. Apply a hold on the order header.
4. The hold is shown on the order lines.
4. Add a new line.
5. The hold is NOT shown on the newly added lines.
