Last updated on DECEMBER 04, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account receivable invoice was showing top model and components.

The price charge was defined for top model 'X' as 0 in Pricing Administration. Also for the components prices weren't defined whereas zero price defined in all items tab. When overriding the price only for the Top Model, the same price is reflected for all the components. Also for few components negative price applied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Invoice should include and show only the top model and not the components as top model only sold to the customer.
Expect that system shouldn't drill down and update the either positive or negative price at component level while overriding top model price. Adjustment should be applied at parent top model only.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create model item structure.
2. Create charges for only model item with zero and enable allow manual adjustment.
3. Charges was defined zero under all items along with allow manual adjustment set to yes.
4. All components weren't defined in price list.
