Issues While Deleting JCS Instance from Java Service Console (Doc ID 2664368.1)

When trying to delete an existing JCS instance from the service console, we are unable to see the Delete button from instance drop down menu.

Please select the JCS instance - click on the Hamburger button. The drop down does not show any option to delete the instance.
