Primavera Cloud Administration E-mail Address Change Reverting

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to modify the email address of a user, the Primavera Cloud Admin tool, the email address changes in the Unifier application, however in the Primavera Admin tool it reverts back to the previous email and the following error occurs.
Unable to modify user: <User>
Modifying User Attributes Failed for User: <User>
Creating/Assigning Application Access for Users: 1
Processing User(1/1): 0
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- In Administration tool
- Select a user to modify
- Highlight the Domain server only, and edit to new domain server
- Save changes - green check appears showing save was successful (bottom of screen shows 0 of 1 processed)
- A few seconds later a message appears - "User(s) Created/Modified" O users processed successfully, 1 user failed.
- The email reverts back to the original email.
Maintenance work was done since the last time a change was attempted in the Primavera Administration Tool
