Fusion Global HR: Data Security Profiles Did Not Get Added to Data Roles After Migration (Doc ID 2664488.1)

Symptoms

Data security profiles did not get added to data roles after migration.

After migrating HCM job and data roles from one instance to another, the following issues occurred:

None of the data roles got correctly migrated.

These processes were run:  Send and Retrieve LDAP, Regenerate Data Security Grants for all roles and profiles, Import User and Role Application Data.

Verified roles imported on target environment and confirm that roles, along with their intended job role hierarchy, were defined in policy store of target instance. Verified this from security console. However, mapping of security profiles to these roles was not loaded in tables which are used by 'Manage Data Role and Security Profiles'.  The import log showed the following error message:

Business object: HCM Data Role Security Profile. Status: Completed with errors.

Status details: JBO-25014: Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[..........].
