Milestones Not Getting Applied To HRHD Service Requests (Doc ID 2664541.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Service Request


The Milestones are not getting applied to HRHD Service Requests.

The following tasks have been completed:

• Manage Availability (either preserving the default 24x7 or a configured M-F 8a-5p schedule);
• Manage Standard Coverage (attempted with and without the channel column, setting severity and either the 24x7 or work week calendar), and
• Manage Default Coverage - set as Global, based on the standard coverage.

The multiple business unit functionality is set to 'No' in HRHD, and the default business unit for CRM is set to a valid BU.
 
When users perform 'Update Service Request Milestones' from the Actions menu, the Milestones are not getting added to the HRHD Service Requests.

Replication Steps

- Create a new Service Request or edit an existing one

- Click on the Actions menu and select 'Update Service Request Milestones'
