Symptoms

User have the items structure and one of it's primary component have substitute component. When they run the plan user expect to see the substitute component inside of the "planned order uses substitute component" and in supplies and demand table of plan out put.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ran the plan
2. Navigated to supplies and demand table
3. Searched for the FG item planned order and observe that No substitute component and now Selected the planned order line then drill to Item Exceptions and observed that no data in "Planned order uses substitute component"
