On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Receipts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to search few customers in manage receipts screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All customers should be searched.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables > Accounts Receivable

2. Navigate to Manage Receipts
2. Try to enter Customer Name or Customer Account Number in the search criteria.
3. No Results fetched for customer.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query the customer.
